LWVO's YOUth DECIDE team

The League of Women Voters includes many current and retired teachers and members from a variety of backgrounds, who are committed to and passionate about teaching students about voter registration, voter education and get out the vote efforts in a wide range of Oakland schools and community colleges.

LWVO's Observer Corps

Join the League's Observer Corps and learn about what is going on in Oakland city government.

An Action Committee mentor will get you started and provide guidance about issues the League is following. It's a great opportunity to learn about Oakland's government and how issues are addressed.
