About the Event
Every visit to Mountain View Cemetery is like a trip back in time, featuring some of California’s early celebrities - Charles Crocker, Domingo Ghirardelli, Julia Morgan and Samuel Merritt, among others. The walk will be led by volunteer docent, Dennis Evanosky.
Be sure to give yourself enough time to sign in at the Mountain View cemetery gate before parking near the fountain.
9:30am: If you would like to meet for coffee at Ride (4448 Piedmont Avenue).
9:50-10am: Meet at the fountain.
10am: Walk starts from the fountain.
